Bhubaneswar, Nov. 19 -- A fresh low-pressure system is likely to develop over the Bay of Bengal. Weather experts have issued a forecast indicating that a low-pressure area is likely to form over the southeast Bay of Bengal around November 22.

According to reports, the system is expected to move in a west-northwest direction and gradually intensify into a depression over the central parts of the south Bay of Bengal by November 24. Moreover, the system is expected to further intensify while maintaining its movement in the south-west direction. Meteorologists have advised that coastal regions and states bordering the Bay of Bengal should remain alert and keep track of further updates.
