Team India's newly appointed Test captain Shubman Gill is currently going through the form of his life. He scored a record breaking 269 on Day two of the Edgbaston Test against England.

Gill faced 387 balls during his marathon knock as he hit 30 boundaries and three sixes. This helped India post 587 runs in the first innings.
