Fatty liver disease is silently affecting millions across the globe, often without any noticeable symptoms. But according to Dr. Wendi LeBrett, a gastroenterologist trained at Stanford University, this condition medically known as hepatic steatosis can be reversed through a few simple diet and lifestyle changes.

Dr. LeBrett, who shares health tips on her Instagram, emphasized in a viral post that by making specific changes, people can not only stop fatty liver from worsening but also regain liver health.
