Bhubaneswar, March 25 -- In a tragic incident, a youth and his father died after a wall collapsed on them at Paschimabada under Balasore's Jaleswar police limits on Monday. The deceased youth's mother has also sustained multiple injuries in the mishap.

The deceased have been identified as Sheikh Samiruddin and his son Sheikh Arif.

As per reports, Arif and his parents were sitting beside a house along the road when its wall suddenly collapsed and fell down on them.

While Arif reportedly died on the spot, his father Samiruddin and mother Asima Biwi were rushed to the nearest hospital for treatment. However, Samiruddin later died while undergoing treatment at the hospital. His mother, Asima is currently undergoing treatment.
