Bhubaneswar, Dec. 31 -- Expelled Congress leader and former MLA Mohammad Moquim convened a meeting at the official quarters of his daughter MLA Sofia Firdous in Bhubaneswar on Wednesday, triggering a fresh political speculation in Odisha.
