Bhubaneswar, Aug. 13 -- In yet another glaring instance that has exposed the sordid facet of the health care services in Odisha, doctors in Angul District Headquarters Hospital were seen dispensing medical treatment to patients using mobile flashlights.

According to reports, a youth, who met with a road accident near Mahidharpur Square under Banarpal block, had to be admitted to the main hospital for immediate trauma care. But doctors attending to the wounded patient were forced to treat him using mobile flashlight due to the lack of electric supply in the dressing room.
