The diarrhoea outbreak in Odisha's Jajpur district is showing signs of improvement, with a significant decline in the number of new cases and a steady rise in recoveries, according to reports on Sunday.
As of now, 1,516 people have been affected by the diarrhea outbreak. Around 1,306 patients have recovered and been discharged, while treatment is ongoing for 210 individuals. Health authorities confirmed that no new areas have reported cases of cholera, bringing a sense of relief to both residents and officials.
