The Twin City Commissionerate Police, on Tuesday, arrested three men on charges of a deadly assault on a chicken shop owner and his employees at Damana Square in Bhubaneswar.
The accused have been identified as Kunal Raut of Raghunathpur under Nandankanan police station limits, Alok Gouda of Chandrasekharpur, and Akash Behera of Ganjam district. They were arrested on the basis of a complaint filed by the victim's wife.
According to reports, the trio allegedly stormed the shop, attacked the victims with iron rods, and threatened to kill them if they did not vacate the premises.
