In a move to streamline the performance evaluation process, the Odisha government has extended the deadlines for online submission and review of electronic Performance Appraisal Reports (e-PARs) for Group A and B employees for the 2024-25 assessment year.
In a notification issued today, the General Administration and Public Grievance Department issued a directive notifying all administrative departments of the revised schedule for completing the appraisal process on the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) portal.
