Bhubaneswar, Nov. 29 -- A cyclonic circulation is likely to emerge over south Andaman Sea around December 4, informed India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Tuesday.

At present, a cyclonic circulation lies over central parts of Bay of Bengal in lower tropospheric levels. Due to easterly wave, isolated to light/moderate rainfall is very likely over Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Lakshadweep during the next 4-5 days, said IMD.
