In a major infrastructure push for Cuttack City, an elevated corridor project connecting OMP Square to Kandarpur is now closer to reality, according to Cuttack MP Bhartruhari Mahtab.
The ambitious project, with an estimated cost of Rs 640 crore, has completed its Detailed Project Report (DPR) and is expected to begin construction within the next three months, subject to final approval from the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways.
MP Mahtab detailed that the elevated corridor will be constructed along segments of National Highway 55 and will include key components like service roads and double-lane paved shoulders.
