Bhubaneswar, Feb. 17 -- Criminal cases in the state have seen a surge in Odisha, revealed Chief Minister Mohan Majhi in Odisha Assembly on Monday. As per the information shared by CM Majhi, who holds the portfolios of Home Department, a total of 2,14,113 criminal cases were registered in 2024, showing an increase from 1,99,954 cases in 2023.
