Hearing a bunch of petitions challenging the Waqf Amendment Act, the bench of Chief Justice BR Gavai and Justice AG Masih on Tuesday said that there is a presumption of constitutionality in legislation that clears Parliament and courts cannot interfere unless a glaring case is made out.
