India, Jan. 31 -- A Class 3 student was rendered critical after a lady teacher allegedly beat him up in a convent school in Odisha's Paradip. As per the allegations, the Maths teacher brutally trashed the boy with a cane, leaving him critically injured.

The alleged inhumane torture by the teacher has spread outrage among locals, guardians and other students who demanded the teacher to be expelled.

According to sources, the Teacher got furious because he hadn't done his Maths homework. She then brutally canned him. He has scars all over his body. His hands and legs have swollen, his family alleged.

On the other hand, instead of taking action against the accused teacher, the school Principal allegedly misbehaved with the child's father. ...
