Bhubaneswar, April 18 -- Road Romeos beware! Your acts could land you behind bars. The Bhubaneswar -Cuttack Commissionerate Police has formed a Highly Efficient Response (HER) team to come swiftly to the rescue of women and girls and take Road Romeos to task for harassment.

In order to deal Road Romeos with an iron hand, the Commissionerate Police has formed a 14-member Highly Efficient Response (HER) team. The team members will move around the city, looking for those who are stalking, causing harassment or passing lewd comments to the ladies.
