Bhubaneswar, Nov. 28 -- Winter has made a comeback to Odisha, but this time with a considerable severity, with the cold wave tightening its grip across the state. Dense fog and sharply falling temperatures have affected normal life from east to west, and north to south, with western and southern districts experiencing the coldest conditions.
Thick fog cover has reduced visibility during early hours, making morning movement difficult, particularly before 9 AM. Commuters reported inconvenience due to low visibility and biting cold winds.
According to official data, six locations in Odisha recorded temperatures below 10degC on Thursday. G. Udayagiri registered the lowest temperature at 7.4 degree Celsius, followed closely by Rourkela at 7....
