Bhubaneswar, Sept. 7 -- Hundreds of activists belonging to the Odisha Chhatra (Students') Congress on Tuesday scuffled with police in Bhubaneswar while taking out a rally to gherao the State Assembly over the alleged job scam in Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC).

They also staged the demonstration demanding the arrest of Law Minister Pratap Jena for his alleged involvement in the brutal killing of two BJP leaders at Mahanga in January this year.
