Bhubaneswar, Nov. 28 -- The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially announced that the 21st edition of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) will be held on Sunday, February 8, 2026 across 132 cities in India.

The registration window for CTET 2026 opened on November 27, 2025, and candidates have until December 18, 2025 (11:59 PM) to submit their application forms and pay the examination fee.

According to CBSE, the information bulletin, containing full details about eligibility criteria, exam pattern, syllabus, fee structure and list of exam centers, will be released shortly on the official CTET website (ctet.nic.in).

Aspirants have been advised to download and carefully review the bulletin before applying.
