In a shocking incident, a minor boy allegedly killed his younger brother at Hatapada village under Titlagarh block in Bolangir.
While the accused is 17-year-old, the deceased was 12-year-old.
According to reports, a minor boy had been missing for the past five to six months. The boy's mother had lodged a missing complaint with the police. Later, she grew suspicious of her elder son and informed the police.
