Bhubaneswar, Sept. 24 -- A Zilla Parishad (ZP) member belonging to the ruling Biju Janata Dal (BJD) was found hanging in his residence in Sishupalgarh area on the outskirts of Bhubaneswar on Saturday.Dharmendra Sahoo was found hanging from the balcony of his house. Sahoo was the member of ZP Zone 11 in Nimapada.

While the exact circumstances leading to the death of the ZP member is yet to be ascertained, a social media post by him just four hours before his death has deepened the suspense.
