Titlagarh/Sonepur, April 14 -- Ahead of the 2nd phase polls, two BJD MLA candidates Tukuni Sahu and Padmanabh Behera were opposed by local residents in their respective constituencies inTitlagarh and Sonepur today.
During a poll campaign at Ward no 14 of Titlagarh, locals gheraoed Sahu and detained her alleging that no development work was done in last five years. It was only after police reached the spot, Sahu was rescued.
It is not for the first time that Sahu drew public ire during poll campaigning.
