In a decisive move, the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) has terminated the services of an advocate who submitted a request to the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) without obtaining proper approval from the authority's higher officials.

According to BDA sources, the filing 'did not reflect' the official stance of the development body and was made without due authorisation.
