Bhubaneswar, Feb. 23 -- After facing criticism over floodlight failure during the 2nd India-England ODI at the Barabati Stadium in Cuttack, the Odisha Cricket Association (OCA) has decided to come up with an alternative measure to avoid such incidents when any match is hosted next at Barabati.
As per plans, the OCA has decided to keep two generators for each floodlight stand as a backup measure, informed Pankaj Lochan Mohanty who assumed charge as OCA President on Sunday.
"We have already submitted a response to the Odisha government. OCA has decided to keep two generators for each floodlight stand," said Mohanty.
