Bhubaneswar, Dec. 4 -- The district administration of Balasore took a major decision to prevent illegal mining in the Kupari Sarisua mine area under Khaira block. As part of the initiative, CCTV cameras will be installed across key locations, and 24-hour monitoring with checkposts will be enforced by the authorities.

As per reports, senior officials, accompanied by the District Collector, visited the site to assess the situation and identify appropriate locations for surveillance equipment and police deployment. The District Collector instructed that all these measures be implemented within the next four days.
