Government functioning has been affected in several districts, including Ganjam, Gajapati, and Kandhamal districts, following mass leave by officers of the Odisha Administrative Service (OAS) and Odisha Revenue Service (ORS).
The officers have gone on leave in protest against the recent assault on Ratnakar Sahoo, Additional Commissioner of Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC).
