Bhubaneswar, May 17 -- Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik made an important announcements following an All-Party meeting chaired by the Speaker here in the city on Monday, directing ASHA workers to conduct door-to-door COVID survey from May 24.

As per a release issued by the Chief Minister's Office (CMO), the ASHA workers will be conducting the survey for three months for which they will be provided with incentives.

Apart from this, the Gaon Kalyan Samitis to take part in efforts to contain spread of Covid-19, to be incentivised as well. Women who have lost their husbands, and children who lost their parents, will be covered under Madhubabu Pension Scheme. The orphans will get free education as well.
