Armed robbers threatened a shopkeeper and looted more than one lakh rupees at gunpoint from the Gandhi Variety Store in Pandarshila village under Raruan police station in Mayurbhanj on Friday night.
The incident occurred while the store was being closed. Three miscreants arrived at the scene, brandishing a gun and a dagger to intimidate the owner, and forcibly took the cash. The terrified shopkeeper complied, handing over the money to the criminals.
