Bhubaneswar, Dec. 28 -- Panic gripped parts of the state capital on Sunday after a sword attack was reported near Big Bazaar in Bhubaneswar, under the jurisdiction of Kharavela Nagar police station, leaving two young men seriously injured.

According to preliminary information, the incident occurred during a feast organised by employees of a private company. What began as a routine social gathering reportedly took a violent turn after an argument broke out among a few individuals present at the event. The verbal altercation soon escalated, culminating in a shocking act of violence.
