Two young men from Tigiria locality of Odisha's Cuttack district died on the spot after their motorcycle crashed into a tree near Champattimunda under Bantala police limits in Angul district, on Sunday.
The deceased, belonging to Tigiria area of Cuttack district's Athagarh, were returning to their native place from Jharsuguda on a motorcycle, when the ill-fated bike met with an accident leading to their death.
The fatal mishap took place when their bike lost control and veered off the road, crashing into a roadside tree near Champattimunda. The impact was so severe that both riders died on the spot.
