Keonjhar, Sept. 17 -- Alleged cases of medical negligence have claimed two lives at the District Headquarters Hospital (DHH) in Keonjhar Monday night.
As per reports, an unidentified person was admitted to Keonjhar DHH after the patient complained of high blood pressure. He was administered saline last night, however his condition worsened today morning following which he died. Family members of the deceased have accused the hospital attendants of neglecting treatment which subsequently led to his death.
An eyewitness, Tukuna alleged that even though he complained the medical authorities that only a single oxygen cylinder out of three supplied was working, nobody listened to his concerns.
