The BCCI, on Thursday, announced that 14-year-old batting sensation Vaibhav Suryavanshi has been included in the 16-member India U19 squad for the upcoming England tour.
In a post on X, the board also informed that Mumbai's Ayush Mhatre, fresh from a standout IPL season, will captain the side, with Abhigyan Kundu serving as vice-captain. The tour, starting June 24, includes five Youth ODIs and two multi-day matches.
Vaibhav Suryavanshi, the youngest player in the squad, earned his spot after a trailblazing IPL 2025 season with the Rajasthan Royals.
