Bhubaneswar, Nov. 2 -- The Boudh district on Sunday witnessed two severe road accidents, where one person lost his life while four others were critically injured in separate incidents.

In the first accident, a head-on collision between a truck and a car occurred near Bhairavi College Chhak under Purunakatak police limits.

According to sources, the car, travelling from Bhubaneswar towards Bargarh, had a head-on collision with the truck coming from the opposite direction. Three people sustained grievous injuries and were rescued by some locals with the help of police.
