Bhubaneswar, Sept. 18 -- The increase in pollution levels across Odisha was one of the key concerns raised during the 36th Foundation Day celebration of the Odisha Pollution Control Board today. During the event, it was learned that in cities like Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Rourkela, Balasore, Angul and Talcher there has been a significant rise in pollution levels.

As per reports, to bring the pollution levels under control, a blueprint under the National Green Tribunal's (NGT) guidelines has been prepared. Apart from that, Odisha government will enforce a complete ban on single-use plastics from October 2.
