Bhubaneswar, Jan. 13 -- The Odisha government has plans to demolish several key government buildings, including Na Tala (Heads of the Departments Building), Secha Sadan, and Rajiv Bhawan in Bhubaneswar, as part of a major redevelopment plan in the State Capital. Works Minister Prithiviraj Harichandan informed on Tuesday that these structures have already been declared unsafe.

The Minister said a new Lok Seva Bhawan will be constructed in three phases. In the first phase, the main office building of Lok Seva Bhawan will be developed. Further phases will follow as part of the larger redevelopment blueprint.
