A Mumbai-based woman has gone viral after praising online delivery platform's 'free of cost' ambulance service for helping her aunt reach the hospital during a medical emergency at 4 am.

The woman, identified as Prachi, shared her experience through an Instagram video. She recalled waking up early in the morning to a panicked call from her parents in Delhi. Her aunt, who was staying with them, had suffered a seizure. With no cab available at that hour, the family found themselves helpless.
