Bhubaneswar, Jan. 30 -- A blunt and emotionally charged resignation letter has gone viral on social media, reigniting a nationwide conversation on toxic workplaces, burnout, and mental health at work. The short but powerful note, written by an employee, has struck a chord with thousands online for its raw honesty and refusal to sugarcoat suffering.

"I don't have the time and energy to call you dear. This place is toxic, and I'm not strong enough to romanticize suffering. This job requires therapy. I resign. Immediately," the letter reads.

The employee further added that he had 'spiritually quit on day one'. "Spiritually, I had quit on day one," he wrote.
