Hong Kong, Sept. 5 -- The Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) has ordered Nok Air to stop operating its international network and suspend expansion due to safety concerns. Read More CAAT has cited a series of safety incidents from 2023 to 2025, including engine shutdowns mid-air, hard landings and runway excursions as the reasons for its ruling.
CAAT also is concerned about a wave of resignations at the airline including pilots, instructors and safety inspectors.
