Hong Kong, April 23 -- For the three months to last March 31, Brazil's aerospace manufacturer, Embraer, delivered 30 commercial aircraft to customers compared with 25 deliveries a year earlier. The result was slightly below the 12% first quarter average for the last five years, Embraer said. "It reflected ongoing supply chain challenges," it said. Japan Airlines has ordered 15 E190-E2s with options for five more of the type, Embraer noted. The order will likely be included in the second half of 2025 when the final contract is signed, Embraer said.
