Hong Kong, March 31 -- China Southern Airlines (CSA) has reported a net loss of 1.8 billion yuan (US$244 million) for calendar 2024 compared with net losses of 4.1 billion yuan in 2023. "In 2024, the scale of the transportation and production of China's civil aviation industry continued to grow," CSA said. "Looking to 2025, as global inflation continues to decline and the uncertainty in various countries' economic policy rises, global economic growth will be unstable.
