Hong Kong, April 12 -- Three 787-9s to be delivered in mid-2020 with services commencing in September 2020.

Korean medium/long-haul start-up Air Premia is moving forward with September 2020 launch plans after having been one of three airlines to secure a new license from the Korean government.

Air Premia and Air Lease announced the Korean start-up will lease three 787-9s from Air Lease's existing order book. A configuration was not specified. The three aircraft will be delivered in July 2020, September 2020 and November 2020. The aircraft will be powered by Rolls-Royce Trent 1000 engines.
