Bhubaneswar, April 18 -- The voting was delayed in several booths across Odisha due to glitches in Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) in second phase of Odisha polls began today.

While the voters were seen in queue to elect their representatives in the morning, some returned to their house without casting their votes due to non functioning of the EVMs.

The EVM glitches were reported from several polling booths in Sundargarh, Talsara, Bonai, Kendudihi, Fakirmunda, Chhidakud, Usukujula, Khalasaghat.

The glitches in EVMs caused delay in voting at booths 204 and 205 in Sagarpalli of Sonepur district, two booths - 113 and 101 in Phulbani, two booths in Buguda and booth-196 in Hinjili.
