Kuchinda, April 21 -- Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik sees his party Biju Janata Dal (BJD) to play a key role in formation of new government at Centre as he predicted not a single national party will be given mandate in the elections 2019.

"No national party will get majority in the elections and the regional parties will be the kingmaker. This is a great opportunity for both Odisha and the BJD," said Patnaik while addressing a public meeting at Kuchinda today.

He alleged the Centre of conspiring to stop KALIA scheme under which around 40 lakh farmers have been benefited so far in Odisha.
