Guwahati, Sept. 19 -- Singer Zubeen Garg passed away on Friday after a scuba diving accident in Singapore.

Reports indicate that he experienced breathing difficulties while diving and was immediately given CPR before being rushed to Singapore General Hospital.

Despite efforts to save him, he was declared dead at around 2:30 pm IST.

Zubeen's Last Message to FansJust hours before his passing, Zubeen shared a video on his social media from Singapore, where he was attending the North East India Festival.
