Dibrugarh, May 16 -- The Union Minister of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, Sarbananda Sonowal, on Friday, participated in the Tiranga Yatra at Chowkidingee in Dibrugarh as well as at Manav Kalyan in Tinsukia of Assam to honour the extraordinary success of Operation Sindoor.
