India, Nov. 8 -- Two Manipuri films have been selected to screen at the 56th International Film Festival of India (IFFI) 2025, scheduled from November 20 to 28, 2025, in Goa, the Manipur State Film Development Society (MSFDS) stated in a statement issued on Saturday.

The Ministry of Information & Broadcasting has announced 25 feature films and 20 non-feature films as part of the official Indian Panorama selection this year.

In the non-feature section of the festival, Manipuri filmmaker Borun Thokchom's documentary Battlefield, an 80-minute exploration of the untold stories of the Second World War's Imphal battle, has been officially selected.
