India, Jan. 3 -- Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha on Saturday said the state government is considering declaring a winter vacation for government-run schools, subject to a detailed review of weather reports from the Meteorological Department.
Speaking at a blood donation camp organised by Agartala Municipal Corporation Ward No. 29, Saha said officials have suggested a possible vacation due to prevailing cold conditions.
He said he has directed concerned departments to seek a comprehensive assessment from the Met Department before taking any decision.
