India, Dec. 19 -- The Singapore Police Force (SPF) on Thursday (December 18) clarified that the investigation into the death of Assam's beloved cultural icon Zubeen Garg is still ongoing.
The clarification came after some media reports in India claimed that four people had been charged with murder in connection with the case.
The Special Investigation Team (SIT) of Assam police on Friday (December 12) slapped the charge of murder against four of the seven accused in the unnatural death of Zubeen Garg.
Zubeen Garg died under mysterious circumstances in Singapore on September 19. He was in the country to attend the North East India Festival at the time of his death.
