India, Nov. 13 -- Acclaimed filmmaker Shankar Borua's latest cinematic creation, BLUE OCEAN (Hindi/Punjabi/English, 133 mins., 2025), represents his inaugural foray into the vibrant realm of Hindi film. Beginning 17 November 2025, this artistic endeavour is set to initiate an extensive tour across multiple esteemed universities in North India (including Punjabi University, Patiala; Panjab University, Chandigarh; DIT University, Dehradun; DAV University, Jalandhar; and many more), where it will be showcased through a captivating series of screenings.
