Guwahati, April 18 -- Continuing with the chill and downpour, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued warnings and predictions for the northeastern region of India over the next five days.

The IMD mentions that there will be cyclonic circulations and anticipated rainfall patterns over the next five days.

Moving on to the rainfall predictions, on Day 1 that is April 18, light to moderate rainfall is expected across most parts of Arunachal Pradesh, with similar conditions anticipated in many areas of Assam and Meghalaya.

A few places in Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura might also witness rainfall.
