India, Jan. 29 -- Her Majesty Gyalyum Ashi Dorji Wangmo Wangchuck, Queen Mother of Bhutan, has been selected for the 22nd Upendra Nath Brahma Soldier of Humanity Award, 2025, in recognition of her lifelong humanitarian work. The award ceremony will be held on February 3, 2026, at the Jwhwlao Nileswar Brahma Auditorium, Bodoland University, Kokrajhar.

Assam Governor Lakshman Prasad Acharya will be the chief guest, while Hagrama Mohilary, chief of the Bodoland Territorial Council, will attend as the special guest.
